MySpace Blog Archives for Dummies!

Cheers!

So, guess what guys, this is the last blog im gonna write on MySpace. It not that I don't like MySpace, its just that if someone wants to read it, they have to subscribe.

If you're reading this on my Blogger blog, then you already know...

Anywho, life continues here in Calgary. Craig, Meg (aka Sir Moog) and I went to Fernie yesterday. That was sweet as honey baby! Snow was a bit heavy because of the warm weather, but still awsome to the extent that sometimes I thought I was in a dream. I got a bit recless but didnt get hurt... barely.

Went to baznica (church) today, to meet latvians. Met up with Jancis, Niks and Erika Muizniece. Jancis works as a window cleaner, and i want to see if I can do that too. Work at the warehouse has been pretty dull, and hopefully I can do the window cleaning.

Anyway, that you all you loyal readers (ie - Wilkie), see you in Blogger at http://matisslife.blogspot.com/

Cheers!

Word.

OK soo Calgary's a cool town. Im saying 'word' a lot now too, not really sure why, but it usually fits. Word. Got up to being an order picker at work, with means more overtime, and time flies (word.), but its a lot more stressful at times (like today). I think Im gonna stay here in town this summer as the U of Calgary Outdoor Centre runs ALL sorts of cool stuff, everything from wilderness first responder training, bike mechanics, how to white water kayak (my goal this summer), and trips! At first I was like "man, im not gonna be able to do outside stuff in a city", now im like "wow, if I don't stay, I won't do ANY outside stuff this summer!". Word. Ive also gone skiing a couple times. Craig, Meg and I went to Lake Luise a couple weeks ago. We really wanted to go to Kicking Horse in Golden, but when we got there there were 100k winds at the top and the gondola was down. So we got a credit and went to Luise. The good news it that there was fresh powder, we went off the trails to this boulder fall and had a BLAST! Word. So this sunday we (Tracy came too) went to Kicking Horse and it was sweet, the views unbelievalbe. I got my lift pass cliped as ski patrol flagged me down for skiing in an avalance washout area... There really were like five 'pointers' that day... I got on the gondola for one last ride tho, and crashed magnificently on the last run - lost both my skis like 60ft up the mountain! Apearantly it looked like a cloud. Other than that went to a bowling party, finally got a bed, and just workin, skiin on sundays. Hopefully next sunday we'll all go to Fernie! Word.

Snow Drift

So I ended the painting job. I wasn't good enough, so I couldn't get the amount I wanted, so I ended it. Now I work at a CO-OP warehouse. That job is a lot of fun too. I work with Jeremy, the only person who ever comments on my blogs. We got 'promoted' on the first day to large-isle stockers, meaning we drive around on electric power jacks. Soon we'll be trained as order pickers, meaning we get a lot of overtime, which is what I want. Last night Craig and I went to the first party since being in Calgary. I was the DD, so it was pretty chill for me. It was at 'my' place, it was Mary's going away party (im moving into her room). We drove Craig's car (mine got a flat coming home from work). Craig's likes to drive fast, so he kept egging me to push his car to the limits (I didn't). I did show him how I can do a pretty good e-brake drift in the snow, which amazed him, so he showed me to a church parking lot that wraps all around it, by his place (where Im staying now). There I got to drive the Sh*t out of his standard car, and he loved every minute of it. Sweet. I hope to do it again someday! This weekend I hope to go to Canmore to check it out in the winter, move into my new place, fix my flat tire, play a game of poker, go to a pot-luck, and see a concert.

Having trouble attaching pics, will try other things...

Goodbye, Thunder Bay

So a bunch has happened since the HUGE train bridge. Since it's my last week in Thunder Bay, I've more or less been doing all those things that I said I would do in Thunder Bay years ago and doing them. Also sorting life out through (very slowly) applying for jobs, and "well, it's my last ***day in Thunder Bay, may awell do that with typically happens on ***day".

Tuesday I went to my last Tankard Tuesday at the campus bar. This was a little unnexpected as I was out with Zack putting posters up around the school for out Pirate Party fundraiser. The last ones I put up, the ones I was up to 3am putting up the night before, were torn down as they had the word 'party' on them, which implies liability if someone is stupid enough to get so wasted and hurt themselves and others, and they say they were 'partying' because that's what the Pirate Society said we were doing. Stupid liabily. Stupid lawyers. Stupid people, at least those that get drunk and hurt other people. We changed 'party' with 'shanty'. Anyway, we were putting up posters, passed the bar, and hey, its the last Tankard Tuesday. Cheers!

Wednesday I find many posters ripped down again, but not all. This time I didn't care to find out. Owell, put some more up... That night me, Zack, Kim and Hollis remembered that it was "Bring youre own dance" at a bar, meaning, bring youre own music to dance to. We get there, and its COMPLETELY empty. We stayed for a bit, then left. After crusing around, we find a "Nightclub" (at least that's what the sign says). That place was also mostly empty, but there was good music, and the Red Bulls we drank in anticipation of dancing were kicking in, so we danced. Turns out this bar, with happens to be on the 'rough' side of town, in one of the 'rougher' cities in Canada, was the 'roughest' one in town! We only heard that the next day, but we got away unscratched.

Thursday I had planned on being responsible, but instead checked out the Party Like your Grandma party, then the last Jack's night. Standard Jack's fun. It was fun.

Friday was good. Did the last T-Bay mission with the boys. Benson, Aaron, Zack and I went for a road trip to the SW of the City close to the border. We went for a hike on this random hill, and stopped at a frozen waterfall and walked around. Good fun! Quit the army, starting to grow hair huge. I think Ill keep shaving for a while tho. That night I went to Calicoes for the first (and last) time, then Cosmic Newyears. That was a whole lot of fun, and we danced the night away.

Saturday did what I've wanted to do for years. For the first time, I went snowboarding. We went to Loch Lomond, for me the first time in the 5 winters Ive been in T-Bay. Finnally got to experience the highest vert in Ontario! Snowboarding is funny: it looks really cool, and I ski, so I always feel less cool when Im with snowboarders. I was just learning, and Hollis (who taught me) told me to do this: Have a stance like a cowboy, sort of like Elvis, pretend you're steering a motor boat, holding on to a case of beer. Showboarding is cool??? It was painfull too: I caught the front edge going fast, fell on my face, thought I broke my nose, sort of went into shock. I didn't even have time to put my arms out! I was OK, but my goggles (which thankfully were on my forehead) were smashed. That night was the LUPS Whiskey Jack Pirate Party I organized with the help of my friends. That was fun, and we raised over $600 for the cause, but I was a bit tired and stressed, and I did have a lot of fun, but I left a bit early, realizing that, wow, I've been partying for a year...

Sunday went played ice hockey for the first time. Sweet.

Monday packed. Went for a day and night hike in George Burke park for the last time.

Tuesday finished backing, had my last breakfast with the dreamhouse crew, and left for Calgary.

The trip to Calgary was pretty un-eventfull, and (hopefully) have a painting job lined up.

Long Haul

OK wow, I left off after the wedding. A whole bunch has happened since then. I delayed my return to Thunder Bay until the following Tuesday, from Monday. That was good, because I got to see most of the Dundas Crew at cheap wings, beer and pool night at the Thirsty Cactus in Dundas.
The next day I left on one of the most interesting trips up to Thunder Bay to date (and probably the last one ). So I leave a little late, obviously after a night of celebrating. I get to the border, and feeling mischifous, I bought two bottles of booze at the Duty Free, crossed the border without declaring them. Genius! I drove though Michigan, and the scenery gradually changed from late fall to winter, and I get pulled over. Thankfully it was nothing more than a warning (and not the border partol..).
Soon I kept getting into lake effect blizzards as I get up north. It was wierd, because I kept alternating thick blizzard, then clear. It was very windy: the bridge to the UP was at 1/3 speed limits (or something like that). I went 25mph. I pulled into the next Duty Free and got two more bottles and a case of beer, and again, didn't declare them. The bilzzards got a whole lot worse on the Canadian side. I was following a salt truck/plow, and they got these really really bright flashing blue lights. Well, many times I could not see the flashing lights, and I was no more than 50m behind it. However, the storms evenually went away as I got north of Lake Superior.
I filled my tank in the States, and usually I can make it to Thunder Bay from the Sault. So, (and a knowledge of NW Ontario is an asset here), I originally planned to fill up in Wawa. Since I was following someone who was driving fast (and he'd get caught, not me), and my gas tank was 1/3 full, I decided to go to the next town (Marathon). There the other car left, but, hell, I thought, my gas light wasn't even on, let's go to Terrace Bay, an hour away. Soon after leaving Marathon my gas light goes on. Ok, I can still make it. I get to Terrace bay, and EVERYTHING is closed. Whatever, Ill go to the next town, 20 minutes down the road. I get there (Schreiber), and EVERYTHING is closed again! I couldn't believe it. It was bloody cold outside, the hotels are closed (or that was the reaction I got when I went to one and the jannetors wouldn't let me in, instead shooed me away), and my car is out of gas. So, I made a plan. I (slowly) drove around the town. Eventually I found what I was looking for. I took the 20L Jerrycan of Gas off the front porch, put the gas into my tank, put the empty Jerrycan back on the proch, and left $20 under the Jerrycan. Brilliant! I felt bad about taking it, and I smelled of gasoline, but I made it to Nipigon, and filled my tank. And so I made it to Thunder
Back at the Dreamhouse, preperation's were being made for the 7th annual Tasmanian New Years party. It was a blast, but blasts hurt. We put up streamers, and baloons were everywhere. I put out my smuggled booze out for sale, and much was dranken, but no money was got. It didn't really matter to me tho. I got goodly and roudy-lee drunk, THEN we brought out the tequila. It got really crazy after that. For a while I had two balloons under my arms for no apearant reason, and I kept trying to fight my friend Ryan. Of course I don't remember all the crazyness that ensued, and since it was my tequila, I had to have a shot whenever ANYONE had one. That bottle was empty, and soon I passed out in the closet upstairs. The next day I was more hung-over and sick than I think I have ever been in my life. Later that night we went tobagganing with KC, Kim and Hollis.
The day after we went to Golat's cottage on the Sibley peneisula. That was a fun party. There was A Keg, and between the 12 or so people in on it, we killed it! We also hit up the sauna good too. The next day Zack, Kim, Katie and i went for a hike by the Sleeping Giant. We wanted to go snowshowing, but there wasn't enough snow. So, as a plan be, we would walk on the ice along the shore to Silver Islet, a near by town. Guess what, no ice. In fact, we got to a beach, and the lake was steaming like crazy! Like nothing I have ever seen. It was at least 20ft high, and sunny out. Very beutiful. You can see pics of this on my Facebook We finished the hike a few hours later, and was very cool. We were a bit dissapointed tho, because we wanted to climb the head of Sleepy G (and jumb on his face!).
On the road to Sleepy G, there is a great, great big train bridge that goes 150ft above the road, and you can't see either end of it from the road. On the way back, I decided to cross it. It I HUGE! You get on top, on one side, and you can't see the other side. There are these 'bunkers' you could run to in case of a train every 50m or so, and there were at least 20 of them. There was no railing, and a 3-6 in gap between each of the planks. Crossing it was scary, and very very dizzy, as you would watch the gap/plank/gap/plank/gap/plank succession thousands of times. It was like spinning. I wasn't so bad for me as I grew up around four sets of train tracks and multiple train bridges, but Zack's head was spinning even hours later. We tried taking Katie's dog, but it got WAY too scared by the 2nd bunker, so Hemi (the dog) and Katie went back to the car. But it was a hell of an accomplishment. At that, I will leave it. Thank you for you're time!

Thick

So it turns out you can have more than ten blogs. Sooo, ok, here's the next one -

Left off with doing stuff with Dundas Crew, which was cool. Disher had the 2nd annual friends christmas dinner at his place, and I got good at Duck Hunt there. Did the holiday stuff with fam, pretty standard. Went to 2x2 right after. THAT was a blast. Didn't sleep very much, and learned to like coffee. I like coffee. While there did some stuff, hung out with Latvians, danced, sang, and met a bunch of new friends. Came home and my bro had his wedding. That was fun, and me and Mitch were MCs. Seems like I should have a lot more detail, but im tired.

Tis the season

So last blog was Dec 8. Ok, job hunt continues, but less actively now since its the season. Finished University! last exam was awsome (HRM), and drove home with Allison and Kim on the 15th. A bunch of us (Aaron, Zack, Steve, Alli and Kim) hung out before we had to leave. Also had another night at the Aurora, which is always fun, and I rode Jess' bike home, and considering its a no-suspesion, can-tire girls bike in need of a tune up, it was an AWSOME ride! felt like I was riding a Vespa over curbs, and I just wanted to go faster! Ive decided to build a city bike because of it. At army had the mens Xmas dinner and played a sweet floor hockey game on Tues Night. Came home, and have done choir practices with the fam, seen friends at their places, the Cactus and the Collins, gone riding a few times, chain broke and gennerally been lazy. Tis the season, after all! TTY'allL.

PS - I wrote this to J.Wilkie on MSN messenger just now

and maybe, just maybe, years down the road, ill see you again, and youll have all those pics on ancient CDs, and we'll look, and remember, that back in the day, I was supposed to get those pics, and we'll have a laugh, and feel good for a moment, only to inevitably return to the monotony and dull pain of everyday life

Tits 'n Asses

OK, so, yesterday afternoon Britty, Jess and I went to the college accross town for SUCCI (Student Union of Confederation College Inc) Idol. Basically students perform for college money. It was the finals, and they closed off half the cafeteria, and were serving drinks. There was like 200 ppl there, drinkin, in the middle of an afternoon on Thursday, watching ppl make fools out of themselves on stage. Kinda reminded me of Latviesi

anyway, my firends friend came in third place, mostly because he hadn't even practiced his last song, which kinda came out as bad kereoke, but by then he was in the final three

anyways, after that we went to this family thing were a train covered in X-mas lights rolls around Canada stopping at communities giving concerts off the train. Wide Mouth Mason was the band (they're used to be sort of big ), and it was a really good show actually. One of my friends was still drunk and was making all of us jump around a lot. I had hard ciders in my bag with i opened later to an explosion.

I forgot to mention, at the SUCCI idol thing, they played dance music between performances, so we got all dance horny and decided that we were going to a club later

anyways, so we get back from the train, and my two friends didn't really feel like going anymore. I convinced them otherwise, and we went out. We went to the campus bar because thats whats big on Thursday nights. Well, it was absolutely deserted, with like 10 people in there, including staff. They had the lights and smoke and everything going of course, but we had a beer and left. We did dance a little.

Then we went to this place called Tony and Adams, but since no one can remember that, everyone calls it Tits 'n Asses. Funny thing was, its not a club, but more of a resaurant, so no dance floor, but they were playing really great dance music. So now Im a bit confused, but I still had a good time. We went back to our place and danced in the basedment for half an hour afterwards anyway, then I fell asleep in my friends closet. So it was a good night

SIlly

OK, here we go again with the trying to remember all the details from the last couple weeks. It started snowing, and now its officially winter. Zack's sister Lara came over. She's doing an Outward Bound mountaineering course in Patagonia in a month, so we tried preparing her for it. Basically Zack got her (at staff discount) over $1000 worth of cloths and stuff, and we climbed up Mt. McKay at night in a full moon. That was cool! Other cool stuff: not much. Read some books, did an exam, getting a passport, a birth certificate, looking for jobs (had an interview for a job at Chippewa Park today). OH, had a pirate party, and since there was not snow yet, Milo decided to start throwing snowballs at us, and that quickly escalated into a dough-ball fight. It was awsome! Went to Jacks, had a good time. Cant think of anything else right now, so Ill remember towmorrow and get back to you!

Cute and Deadly Continued

In the last blog, I forgot to add a couple things:

1 - I went to a native sweat lodge ceremony. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay for the whole four hours (I didn't know it would be that long), and checked my watch. That really upset the elder ("There's no such thing as time here..."), and he more or reamed on me for bringing it in there. Man, shit on by an elder...

2 - Went to Aaron, Allison and Steve's show at the Aurora. Stole a lasagnia from the kitchen, felt guilty about it the next day, so I brought it back.

Also, I got a haircut, fixed Zack's bike, and its Aaron's B-day today. HAPPY B-DAY AARON! Now back to homework...

Cute and Deadly

So lemme see, since the halloween party I haven't done too much. Went for a bike ride, and Zack broke his stem while on a bridge full of mideval characters (no joke, actually some film students were doing a short on this bridge in the woods, and we were passing thru when Zack realized his bike was terminally broken). We had some parties, did some army stuff, applied for a job but didn't take it, and am looking for a new one. Oh, saw Borat. Meg and Jess' sister Jody came over, and we went to Ullr Fest. Saw Sam Roberts and Harry Manx at the TBCA. Went to a dance party. Did some homework. Went to a couple kayak pools sessions in a white water kayak, got the roll down pat, and almost learned another trick that I dont know the name of. Need a hair cut. Got a new watch. The alarm on it doesn't wake me up, but thankfully I can set it on repeat and eventually it works. All this in no particular order.

Pirate Parade

So, two weekends ago I went to Pie Island. That be a fun adventure: there are moose trails everywhere, otters, and the biggest trees I've ever seen in Northern Ontario there. I also went to Thompson Island, where there is a sauna, and I used it. The paddle back to the mainland was difficult, as the wind was very strong and in my face, I was really tired by the time I got back.

Last wed went to a concert with the Trews and the Stills, which was very fun, with two dollor cold-shots. Great time! Thursday was, as always, Jack's Night, and came home happy. Friday was wild: Went to the Study, Cosmic Granola played. Everyone was in costume (of course I was a pirate), and was dancing as crazy and wild as I've ever seen (and believe me, I've seen crazy dancing). At one point about twenty of us were in a circle hopping left and right in time! Eventually the dancing had to stop, and the pirates at the Study decided to go to this pirate party we heard about. On the way there we holla'd at everyone, and tapped our plastic swords at oncomming cars (one of them stopped, two aggro fellas come out, looking for a fight, only to realize were six rowdy pirates...). We get to this party, which is pretty lame, nobody's doinging anything, and we don't know anyone. We're yellin, talkin pirate, and havin a good time. After a couple minutes we leave with ppl asking "who are these guys???", break the cieling lights with swords, and take the fire extinguisher, which we sprayed on the top windows of the apartment. We chuck it, and move on. Of course, I had no part of the latter roudyness, but security was called on us, but we snuck away. Saturday was a big Battle of the Bands with 28 shows at two venues. That was pretty cool too.

I woke up Sunday morning, early for some reason, and decided to go with Jess to Sleeping Giant. That was fun, and we ended up setting up camp on the top of the giant. It reminded me that it's getting cold. We saw dozens of Grouse on the way, and if you've never seen one, there's a reason we call 'em forset chickens: they're pretty dumb, and you can pretty much walk right up to one (tasty too). We also saw beavers, a bald eagle, and a buck.

Teus was Halloween, and we transformed the Dreamhouse into a Pirate ship, complete with a flag, candles, black fabric and pirate carved pumpkins everywhere. That party we fantastic! Thats about all for now, thanks for reading!

Standard

So the kegger was cool. I ended up going to the Collins and there was this birthday party for a girl who was a sister of a girl in my class in highschool, and I went down there to say HI!, but mostly I went down there to get the free wings nobody else was eating. Nice hook up!

Drove back to Thunder Bay with my mom (Thanks Mom!). Haven't been up to too much since being back. Partied a few times, fixin my car, relaxin, gettin down to business. Its mid-term season, so I have to study. Also, going to Pie Island on Saturday for 3 days. Should be an adventure!

Peace!

Celebrations!

So Its been a while since I last wrote to myself and everyone reading.

Since last time we went up for a fishing and white water kayaking trip to Armstrong with Milo, Angela, West, Bruce, Meg, Michelle, Zack and Aaron. I didn't go kayaking cause I really dont know how, but we went fishing and KEPT nine fish we ate the next day at a big dinner. At the campfire the night we sang a song called No Cans in the Fire... The next tuesday it was Jess' b-day and we had sushi, but I had to run off to the Army for work that night.

Lemme see, over the course of the next few days after that we went fishing up at Dog Lake where on the way I banged the bottom of The Don off a rock on the Longest Three Kilometers I've ever driven. It was nice to get out to nature tho. Anna and I went for a walk and found a guy picking mushrooms. He showed us how, and then we did too, and they tasted good.

Kim, Aaron and I went on a treasure hunt. We found the treasure, it was a Geocache. We wanted to find another one, but it was night, and we couldn't find it. We did find more mushrooms tho!

Friday Meg, Michell, Milo, Alex, Jess R, Aaron, Steve and I went to Pass Lake to go climbing. There's only one thing you have to remember: go up. It was a lot of fun.

On Tuesday night Brian and Jeremy came up from Dundas for a weeks vacation. On Wed we went fushing up to Hazlewood Lake. We fallowed Hi Road, until we got to the lake, then borrowed a canoe and paddled with planks. We didnt get any fish tho.

Thursday night was a crazy kegger, and then we went to jacks, got drunk...

Friday Zack, Aaron, Benson, Brian, Jeremy, Kim, Hollis, Jess R, Jess J, Rachel, Steve, Dan, Allison, Nick, Cat, Warren, Meg, Michelle and I went to Wilson Island for a three day sea kayaking camping trip. It was sweet, the kayaking there is truly world class. Did campfire songs, went for hikes, drank some Absinth on Cobinosh Island and then went home. It was sweet. Kim and I hiked up to the top of the mountain, where beavers had cut down the biggest trees (aspens) up there for no appearant reason. We climbed up one that had fallen half-way over, and saw a beautiful view of the wet forest in sunshine.

Monday after the trip was nice so Jeremy, Brian, Michelle and I went fishing on the Wolf river. After not even detecting a single fish, we went to a beach at a bible camp and hung out. That night we went to Jacks and it was fun. Tuesday Jer, Katie Michelle and I went to a cheese farm and cruised around the west country side of Thunder Bay, and drove up Mt. McKay. Wednesday was the Trip Outdoors Student Sale. I worked the door and got a sweet down vest. That night Milo had a camp fire at his place where we sang songs and talked like pirates. Early the next day Brian, Jeremy and I drove home.

Haven't done much of anything since being back. Last night got drunk with Caroline, Craig (who I haven't seen in a really long time) and his cousin at Hess Villiage. Drank only a single drink I paid for, got loaded, and walked home, which took a while. Tonight Sky's having a kegger which I will go to. Woo-Hoo!

Sleep G and Dream

Hey,

Since being back in Thunder Bay I've been incredibly lazy. I only have two courses, and working in the army (this year I'm not even the course officer). The times up here have been really great tho. We go biking a lot, had dinner at Sarah, Kara, Kim and Hollis' place, and biked and hiked up Sleepy G. After that Me, Zack, Aaron and Benson went to Golat's for a rowdy paaartaay at his cottage on Sibley. He's got a sauna, and we jumped between it an the lake six times, and I gave Benson a piggy back and proceeded to dance on the picnic table at his place with 7 other ppl. Great time. Him and Aaron were feeling sick in the morning.

I also moved into my new place. I live in a Kitchen upstairs that leads to a balcony. Its only $200/month, but its in a scetchy neighborhood. Just jammin with everyone in the dreamhouse rightnow.

P-Dot to NY to T-Bay

Hi Guys,

So the campfire was good: Sky, Wilkie and I walked to the Paradise and broke some bottles along the way (don't worry, it was only on the train tracks ;). The next day I went to Peterborough to visit Anna for a few days. When I got there, she wasn't around, so I went for a walk in a park and stumbled accross the P-dot folk fest! That was fun, and later on I met up with Anna and went back. The rest of the stay was good, and we went hiking, biking, shopping, eating, watched movies and to a beach. It was a bunch of fun. Went home a for a couple days, got my new Marzocchi AM1 (SWEEEET!!!) fork, but it on my bike, and went for a ride with Franc at the awsome Waterdown Trails. Then I went to Katskilu Nometne about an hour north of NYC, and had a fun long weekend there with Latviesi, doing the typical Latviesu party stuff (drinking, singing, dancing...). I had an awsome time. Unfortunately, I had to drive back to Tundra-Bay (bout 20 hrs of straight driving). Needless to say, it was long, and I was right out of it by the time I got here. However, it was really really nice weather for the drive in Northern Ontario. Anyway, this blog was boring, more of just an FYI for all yall,

Peace

Falls

So I thought about how I hadn't posted anything in a week when i realized that nothing much new had happend. The latvian boys are now gone, and my plans for the next week are to go to Peterborough till Tuesday or Wednesday tomorrow, then to Katskili nometne on Friday till Monday, then to T-Bay again. These last couple days I went biking, and Im a bit sore from it. Geoff Smart didn't want to go ride on Dundas Golf Course as he was scared people would see us, but we did anyway, and it was a lot fun. Last night was Gibby's birthday, and a bunch of us went to Webster's Falls at night, which was fun, then we chilled at Carolyn's place and played videogames and cards. Tonight I'm having a campfire party at my place, and if you're actually reading this, you should come by. °

The Tallest Trees Grow Together

The Tallest Trees Grow Together. Think about it, its true. FYI: A tree that grows in the shade of another tree grows taller, so that the tree in the shade has to reach for the sun. That's why you should reach for the sun.

I often put an image of what I find on Google Image Search in blogs. So I seached for "reach for the sky". I found this:

Back From Campin

Got back yesterday and went to sleep. Wish I didnt cause it was Saturday and everyone in Dundas was partying at Cactus Fest. I also brought back 2 Latvian kids (Henry and Martin) that are stayin with us till Thursday. The Camping itself was really fun, and we build stuff in the woods, went for a really nice hike on the Bruce Trail, played in canoes (we sank ourselves twice, sank another canoe, rescued ourselves, and did canoe-over-canoe rescues on three other boats). We also invented a new game called Zaluka, which is like Rock-Paper-Scissors, except u use your whole body, and a Bear beats the Ninja, which beats the Hunter, which in turn beats the Bear. The rest of the campers really like the game, and we did tournaments with it.

Now I have to figure out what to do for the next few days.

Cheers

All the frustration and rage boiling within her poured into the choking bodies around her. With one last pat on Erikins arm, she left them to climb the staircase alone. It may mean nothing to you, but I must say that Im proud of you. She recognized that particular position from prior matches and knew it wasnt one easily broken. Then she opened her eyes. You told me to mind my elders. I dont think theres any hurry to start. Rhae would work completely through her. To Eyrhaen, they all looked rather comfortable together in the domestic scene. Were bound, I cant help that, but the two of you should be together. What do you think, Tyk? Ive gotten better at controlling it. Shouldnt you all be with Nialdlye? Both Brevin and Tykir burst out laughing. At least, not that she was aware of. They burned like a banked fire. The sapling, was it your idea? It wasnt real, you know. Her hands grasped his immediately. I want this time to just be us.

She sat up, staring with her nightsight at the outlines of the men around her. Everyone they passed watched carefully, knowing that something of great importance occurred this very moment. Tears spilled down Savouss cheeks when he laid his cheek on top of Irins head. It didnt even help that Brevin was sucking Tykirs cock right beside them. She fucked all the unmated males.

Do not think like you are the only one who has a tough time finding solid information about Thoi trang nam. As you know, it can be highly irritating when you are not completely sure of what you need in order to move forward with certainty. Barely anyone knows anybody online, so when you need important information or help it gets to be critical choosing on the source of it. Probably just about every person knows all too well with the internet environment. What we will do for you is speak about some solid details regarding this topic, and you will have the ability to have a firm grasp of what to do next.

The relative difficulties of women's and men's style

Both men and women may have the pressures of keeping their wardrobe up-to-date and in season, yet men's fashion usually seems a lot simpler. Of program, for both sexes, costumes and fashion options could be just as delicate, and there are several'cool'items that could rapidly become fashion faux pas - who will say they often times see people travelling in 70s flares? On the other hand, men's fashion features a few staple goods that can exist forever - which man is going to keep an eye out of position with a good-quality, tailored suit, for instance? Pick traditional pieces, colors and fabrics and you'll never seem out-of-place.

Why basic men's fashion is timeless

The basic man's suit has barely changed for over a hundred years. True, there are several versions for various occasions, but they are all common in their pursuit of a wise, sharp search for the person. The great thing about common style for men is that it is efficiently fashionable effectively cool. A well-groomed gentleman will more often than not appear his sharpest in a well-tailored suit, and this can be a testament to the style of such apparel. A suit will undoubtedly be used to work in several occupations because of the professional look it offers to the individual, instilling a feeling of respect and trust. Similarly a match will undoubtedly be worn to several social situations, such as a tuxedo to a black-tie affair. This amazing versatility that enables suits to be utilized in just about all functions is what gives it its amazing border and a lasting devote men's fashion.

Contemporary trends in classic men's fashion

Whilst common men's designs will never be replaced, it's interesting to remember that changes in men's fashion trends have brought certain common clothes back into fashion. The reputation of vintage clothing, specifically, has brought back a wide-variety of common designs into men's closets, such as that of the dandy guy. 'Dandy'is a term used to make reference to men who clothe themselves in a classic yet lavish way, placing importance on appearance and operating in a refined approach. This trend for almost'over-the-top'classic style for men is apparent from events like the'Tweed Run', where men and girls of all ages clothe themselves in especially Victorian-style clothing and decide to try the streets on vintage bikes - with lots of the men sporting remarkable mustaches! That is only one of several examples of data presenting the resurgence of such designs. Additionally, there are numerous blogs on line which concentrate on gentlemanly type - such as'The Dandy Project'and'Dandyism'- as well as entire internet sites such as'The Art of Manliness'focused on providing articles on classic men's fashion and grooming.

In conclusion, though certain issues with classic men's fashion could be brought back as new styles, the simple garments which they are derived from will never slip out of fashion.

"All it requires are a few basic outfits. And there is one secret - the easier the better." - Cary Grant
